Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of
PrepNova (the "Platform", "we", "us"), a Computer-Based Test (CBT)
practice platform for JAMB (UTME) and Post-UTME aspirants preparing
for Nigerian universities. By creating an account or using the
Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do
not use PrepNova.
1. Who Can Use PrepNova
PrepNova is intended for use by JAMB and Post-UTME aspirants,
including secondary school students. If you are under 18 years old,
you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of and consents to
your use of the Platform, including any account activation payment.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide
(name, email, phone number) is accurate.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are personal to you — sharing your login with others, or using another person's account, is not permitted.
- For your security, an account may be temporarily locked after repeated failed login attempts. If this happens, contact support (below) to have it reviewed and unlocked.
- We may suspend or disable an account that we reasonably believe is being misused, shared, or used to violate these Terms.
3. Free and Activated (Paid) Access
PrepNova offers limited free access to a sample of questions and
features. Full access to the question bank, practice tools, and
exam simulations requires account activation for a fee, shown in
the app at the time of activation.
- Activation currently works by manual verification: you make a payment through the channel shown in the app, then submit your payment reference for our team to confirm — typically within 24 hours.
- Activation fees are non-refundable once your account has been activated, except where we made an error (e.g. charged the wrong amount, or activation was never completed after a confirmed valid payment).
- Pricing may change at any time; the price shown to you at the time you submit payment is the price that applies to that transaction.
- We may open or close registration for a specific track (JAMB or Post-UTME) at our discretion — for example, ahead of or after an official registration window — without prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly share PrepNova's questions, explanations, or other content;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or bypass the Platform's security, paywall, or access controls;
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Platform outside of normal browser use;
- Submit false payment references or otherwise attempt to obtain activation without valid payment;
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm, disable, or overburden it.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All questions, explanations, study materials, branding, and other
content on PrepNova are the property of PrepNova or its licensors,
and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your
activation grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use
this content for your own exam preparation — not a right to
reproduce or redistribute it.
6. No Guarantee of Exam Results
PrepNova is a practice and preparation tool. While we aim for
accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee that practicing on
PrepNova will result in any particular score, outcome, or
admission in the actual JAMB or Post-UTME examinations. Questions
are practice material and may differ from the official exam in
content, format, or difficulty.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PrepNova if you violate
these Terms, misuse the Platform, or where required by law. You
may stop using the Platform, or request account/data deletion, at
any time by contacting us (see below).
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as the
Platform's features change. We'll update the "Last updated" date
above when we do. Continued use of PrepNova after an update means
you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of
Nigeria.
