This Privacy Policy explains what personal data PrepNova ("we", "us") collects when you use our Computer-Based Test (CBT) practice platform for JAMB and Post-UTME aspirants, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and app (together, the "Platform").

We do not collect your card, bank account, or other financial account details directly — payment happens through the external channel shown in the app, and you only ever share a reference number and (optionally, via WhatsApp) a screenshot of your receipt with us.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run PrepNova. They only receive the data needed to perform their function, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

We do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or with your consent.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return, unless you ask us to delete it sooner (see "Your Rights" below) or we're required to keep it longer for legal reasons (for example, payment records).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure authentication (we never store your raw password), access controls on our admin systems, and automated protection against repeated unauthorized login attempts. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will let you know if we become aware of an incident affecting your personal data, as required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy as PrepNova's features change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. If changes are significant, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including applicable data protection regulations.
